[{"id":3934,"permalink":"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/2021\/11\/22\/tallon-lafountaine-wins-worcs-250-championship\/","title":"Tallon LaFountaine Wins WORCS 250 Championship","content":"Just a couple days after Tallon LaFountaine's SLR Honda won the Baja 1000 with Mark Samuels, LaFountaine went to\u00a0 Primm, Nevada to wrap up the 2021 WORCS Championship in the 250 class.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3937\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/LaFountaine-WORCS_Riding-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/>\r\n\r\n\u201cIt was an up-and-down season,\u201d LaFountaine said. \u201cI wasn\u2019t 100 percent coming into the opener at Havasu, which is a really brutal, physical track, especially if you\u2019re under the weather. I struggled in the beginning, and also at round 2 in Arizona, in a technical section. After that race, I realized I really needed to focus on the technical stuff. My speed is fine when the courses are more open like motocross, but I needed to make improvements in the off-road stuff.
