Lombardo who is an avid off-road racer will drive his COPS Spec Truck followed by Zak and Morgan Langley. Lombardo was a longtime friend of the late John Langley who passed away in Baja over the summer. Lombardo will also campaign his Spec Truck in the Mint 400 race later in the weekend.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\n\u201cI am honored to be named Grand Marshal of The Mint 400. This race has been a part of Las Vegas history since the first race in 1968 and it brings tens of millions of dollars of economic impact to Las Vegas annually. Las Vegas is a mecca for off-road racing and recreational off-road because of the Mint 400. I grew up going to watch the Mint 400 and I have competed in the race several times, so it is really special to me to be named Grand Marshal. I am also proud to honor my late friend John Langley, he was a giant among men and left an indelible mark on the world\u201d stated Lombardo.\r\n\r\nLombardo has served as Sheriff in Las Vegas for the last six years.
