Webb was with the factory team for five seasons. The mid-season split is effective immediately. Webb was injured in a crash at the Nashville Supercross race that took him out of championship contention for the remaining races of the season.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1756\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Houston-Round-3_CooperWebb-Win-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/>\r\n\r\nWebb had an option in his contract to opt out of the Pro Motocross season. Webb decided he wanted to race in the Pro Motocross series which KTM agreed to support. Webb crashed over the weekend during practice at Red Bud, sidelining him.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4974\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/KTM-COOPER-WEBB-2022-1024x1014.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"634\" \/>\r\n\r\nWebb posted the following message to his fans on social media: Forever grateful for the opportunity that Roger, Ian and the entire Red Bull Factory KTM Racing team gave me. It has been one hell of a ride and I\u2019m proud of what we accomplished these past five seasons.\r\n\r\nTogether, we\u2019ve decided to go our own ways following my practice crash last week, which will leave me out for the rest of summer.
