Hunter Lawrence is out the upcoming rounds of Supercross after sustaining a shoulder injury. Hunter has been diagnosed with a raised and partially torn labrum in his right shoulder and has numerous cracks in his humerous bone. The injuries were sustained when Hunter crashed during his heat race at the last round of Supercross in Florida. The crash forced him to miss the main event.
“I’m going to get this fixed and come back 100%, to go and battle for the outdoor and SMX title again,” Hunter said. “Thank you to all my amazing partners, who continually are the reason all this is possible. We will get this 2025 turned around soon enough. See you at select upcoming races.”
Typical recovery time for this type of injury is eight to 10 weeks and Honda HRC says its possible Hunter could miss the remainder of the season. Hunter’s brother Jett is also out with a broken leg.
