Ensenada local Alan Ampudia brought home the overall win in the SCORE Trophy Truck division over the weekend at the SCORE Baja 500. Over two-hundred teams competed in the race which started and finished in Ensenada.
Ampudia conquered the 461-mile course in 8 hours, 39 minutes and 34 seconds. Ampudia now has back-to-back SCORE wins, with a victory at the season opening San Felipe 250 back in April. Finishing behind Ampudia in second place was Toby Price. Also on the podium was Dan McMillin in third.
Other class wins went to Justin Davis in the Trophy Truck Spec division, Gustavo Vildolsola in the Trophy Truck legends class and Elliot Watson in class 10.
