The Rally began at Yanbu with a 41km liason before reaching the 22km timed prologue stage. Terrain included a loop with high speeds and rock-littered tracks. Stage 1 of the Rally will begin from Yanbu early Sunday morning. Terrain will include sandy dunes and plenty of rocky terrain. Heger shot to the lead towards the end of first week at the rally and held on to that spot for the rest of the time. The rally was a total of 12-stages. Heger, driving for Sebastien Loeb Racing beat second place Francisco Lopez Contardo by over two hours.
