EcoLogic Partners is a legal collaboration between the Off-Road Business Association (ORBA), American Sand Association (ASA) as well as AMA District 37. The group is challenging plans by the California Coastal Commission to prohibit motorized recreation and overnight camping at the Oceano Dunes State Vehicle Recreation Area.\r\n\r\nThe Oceano dunes are a popular destination for UTV\u2019s, motorcycles and ATV\u2019s. The group wants the courts to recognize the Coastal Commission\u2019s lack of authority to close the area to motorized vehicles.
