Cooper Webb took home the victory with his sixth career win at the stadium.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-9021\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2024-Supercross-Arlington_Cooper-Webb-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/>\r\n\r\nJett Lawrence had the holeshot at the gate drop. Lawrence came into Arlington as the season points leader running the red plate. Eli Tomac made a mistake in a corner and went down. Ken Roczen also went down on his Suzuki bike. Tomac made a hard a charge to back to the front. Jett suddenly went sideways, losing his balance, allowing Webb to pass for the lead and the win. Tomac was able to finish in second.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-9022\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/2024-Supercross_Arlington-Haiden-Deegan-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/>\r\n\r\nIn the second round of the Eastern Regional 250 class, Haiden Deegan claimed his first career Supercross win. Deegan was out front early with the holeshot. Austin Forkner went down towards the end of the race with a hard crash. Forkner was taken to a local hospital. Forkner was involved in a collision during the start of the main 250SX Western Regional event at Anaheim. Forkner went down with a knee injury.\r\n\r\nMedical professionals determined the injury will force an early conclusion to his Supercross efforts.\r\n\r\n\u201cI felt great going into this year and was ready to challenge for the championship,\u201d said Forkner. \u201cI think my qualifying and heat race speed proved that the preparation from the whole team was on par to win races. Unfortunately, I was involved in a racing incident during the start of the Main Event and injured my knee. Riders went all out to win the crown title. Forkner collided with Jett Lawrence off a jump sending both riders to the ground. I\u2019ve just been dreading making the post about it, but I guess here it is. You know, I really was trying to make changes this year to my riding and my mentality to be ok with not being the fastest guy at every race or settling for a 3rd or a 5th at times so I would be at every race and make it to the end of the season. And if that left me with a championship then great, but if not then so be it. But that\u2019s why this sport is so damn tough because sometimes none of that matters and things just happen. Anyways, it is what it is. I do really appreciate all the support from everyone, it means a lot. I\u2019ll be back.\u201d\r\n\r\nRJ Hampshire was also injured at Arlington. Hampshire had a big crash with Phil Nicoletti during the second round of the 250SX race. Roczen took a big and much needed victory on Sunday night\u2019s Supercross Round 15 in Utah.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-883\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/SXPack-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>\r\n\r\nWhen the gate dropped for the 450 main event, Cooper Webb shot in front of the field. Just a few laps later, Roczen made his move for the lead. Webb was the Round 14 winner during Wednesday\u2019s event. Roczen wasn\u2019t going to let Webb have another victory. Roczen didn\u2019t have it easy on the track. The Red Bull Honda rider posted to his social media, he was fighting a battle with shingles. Through all of the pain of a 20-minute moto plus 2 laps, Roczen got much needed points to inch closer to leader Eli Tomac. Tomac still managed a 3<sup>rd<\/sup> place finish with Webb in 2<sup>nd<\/sup>.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-884\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/AustinForkner-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>\r\n\r\nThe Western Regional Lites riders were back on the track. Dylan Ferrandis had the holeshot. Austin Forkner began working his way to the front cutting under Christian Craig, who was running in second. Forkner than ran down Ferrandis, making an aggressive contact pass which temporarily sent Ferrandis off-track. The problem is, Webb hasn\u2019t won a race this season, until now. Webb was victorious at the latest round of Supercross racing in San Diego. Webb had an early lead at the beginning of the 450SX main event. Adam Cianciarulo was able to get to the front and pass Webb.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-426\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/SXSanDiego_Webb-Leading-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>\r\n\r\nCooper Webb was hot on Cianciarulo\u2019s trail and made several attempts to regain the lead. Finally, on lap 21, Webb made a successful pass. The win puts Webb third in the championship points standings.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-427\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/SXSanDiego_Podium-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>\r\n\r\n\u201cI got into the lead early and then Adam made a good, aggressive move to the inside. I just kinda let him go. I knew the track was going to be hard to pass [on] and I knew it was going to be a long main event, so I was just kinda riding in there, tried to make a pass a few laps earlier but played cat and mouse which kinda allowed Blake to catch up, and I didn't want to do that. Austin Forkner had the holeshot. He got passed but regained the lead on lap 5. With just over a minute to go in the main event, Dylan Ferrandis made a major move, diving to the inside of Forkner for the lead. Forkner temporarily went off track but was able to keep control for a second-place finish.
