Photo: Champ Off Road[\/caption]\r\n\r\nIn Pro-2, Mickey Thomas helped start the weekend leading the class from start to finish. Thomas continued his momentum into Saturday\u2019s racing action, fighting the rest of the field for his second win of the weekend. Sunday\u2019s Pro-4 winner was... yep you guessed it, Thomas again! The three wins gives Thomas a 37-point lead going into the final rounds at Crandon.\r\n\r\n[caption id=\"attachment_10283\" align=\"alignnone\" width=\"640\"]\"\" Jimmy Henderson secured two Pro-4 wins at Bark River. Photo: Champ Off Road[\/caption]\r\n\r\nIn Pro-4, CJ Greaves kicked off Friday\u2019s action with a win. The rest of the weekend Jimmy Henderson secured double wins. Greaves continues to maintain the points lead in the class.\r\n\r\n[caption id=\"attachment_10285\" align=\"alignnone\" width=\"640\"]\"\" Trey Gibbs clinched the Pro-Lite championship a weekend early. Photo: Champ Off Road[\/caption]\r\n\r\nOver in Pro-Lite, Johnny Holtger broke the winning streak of Trey Gibbs. A mistake by Gibbs allowed Holtger to get by for the Friday win. Saturday, Gibbs had learned his lesson and was back on top of the podium. Sunday there was a little shake-up as Gibbs played it cool allowing Carson Parrish to grab the win. By then, Gibbs already mathematically had clinched the Pro-Lite championship with just one race weekend to go.","excerpt":"

Located in the upper peninsula of Michigan in the small township of Bark River, fans packed grandstands to watch racing on the 1.5-mile track. Speeds here reach in excess of 90 miles an hour.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nOne of the drivers finding some last-minute speed was Ryan Beat in the Pro-2 class. The race started with fifteen trucks on the lead lap. Zach Zakowski led a couple of laps early on before spinning around in a corner. Soon, Keegan Kincaid shot to the lead with heavy pressure from the rest of field. On the very last lap, Kincaid appeared to have a rear tire go flat. In the final corner, Beat shot to the lead, beating Kincaid by half a truck length for the win.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nThe Pro-4 race was just as exciting. CJ Greaves and Adrian Cenni battled early on. CJ would be forced into the hot pits for a rapid-fire tire change. CJ managed to get back on the lead lap and quickly shot through the field to get back up front. \u00a0Next, it was Cenni\u2019s turn to change a flat tire. Cole Mamer moved into the lead until his truck quit, forcing him to pull off the track. CJ regained his lead position and never looked back securing the win.\r\n\r\n\"\" \"\"\r\n\r\nBrody Eggleston appears to be having a comeback season as he claimed his third win in Championship Off Road Racing. Eggleston wasted no time putting his Pro-Lite into the lead. Eggleston fought off pressure from Madix Bailey, Kyle Greaves and Trey Gibbs. At the checkered flag, Eggleston was estatic with the win.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nOther class wins went to Nick Visser in Pro=Spec, Rodney VanEperen in Pro Turbo and Jordan Bernloehr in Pro-Buggy. It has all come down to a points battle. Jerett Brooks is leading in the coveted Pro-2 class. His closest competitor is Cory Winner. Winner has managed to gain more season points than Keegan Kincaid who looked unstoppable at the beginning of the season. All will need successful finishes at Crandon to lock up the season championship.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\n\"\" \"\"\r\n\r\nSeveral racers saw a successful weekend at Bark River Raceway in Bark River, Michigan. CJ Greaves swept the weekend in Pro-4. He sits 25 points over Kyle Leduc. Keegan Kincaid secured a Pro-2 win on Saturday but Sunday\u2019s story was all about Jerett Brooks as he earned another podium and stretched out his points lead.\r\n\r\n\"\" \"\"\r\n\r\nOver in Pro-Lite, Cole Mamer finally saw his first win of the season. Mamer has struggled for several rounds to earn the top spot on the podium. Sunday, Brock Heger fought his way to the front for the victory. Mamer, who started fifth ended up second on the podium at the checkered flag.
