The race was part of round four of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship. Lettenbichler took the lead on day one and took advantage of creating a sizable advantage throughout the remainder of the event. GetzenRodeo was held in Drebach, Germany over the weekend. Manuel Lettenbichler won his hometown race by just three-tenths of second over Bolt.
