Jett easily won the first moto. <\/em>In the second moto, Hunter crossed the line first, but Jett\u2019s strategy to finish strong paid off. A late pass on Tomac secured second place enough for the overall win and the championship. Photo: Feld Motorsports[\/caption]\r\n\r\nIn the 250 class, the title race hinged on Moto 2: Shimoda, who entered the day needing only a solid finish, was knocked offline multiple times by Haiden Deegan in aggressive exchanges. Footage showed Deegan aggressively getting into Shimoda sending both riders to the ground. Shimoda quickly recovered and rode away. Deegan wasn\u2019t so lucky. He walked off the track in pain. It would later be announced Deegan had a broken collarbone. Shimoda sits fourth in the championship standings for SuperMotocross. I ended up with a broken collarbone, and I\u2019ll have to get a plate put in. Jett went wire to wire leading 6.4 seconds over his brother Hunter. In the second moto, Jett was out front again. Chase Sexton made a pass for second and began battling with Hunter. Hunter made a pass on his brother for the lead until he went off track. Jett reclaimed the lead. In the second moto, Levi Kitchen claimed the holeshot. A red flag caused the race to restart and it was Kitchen out front again until Deegan went on the attack grabbing an early lead. Deegan went down in a crash allowing Tom Vialle to make a pass for the lead with Jo Shimoda and Levi Kitchen following. Deegan remounted in sixth. As the clock wound down, Deegan clawed his way back to the front. By this time Jo Shimoda had the lead. Shimoda went on to win the moto by 6 seconds over Deegan.
