The team will consist of Matthias Walkner, Toby Price and Kevin Benavides. Former MotoGP star Danilo Petrucci will also ride for factory KTM.\r\n\r\n<img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3980\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/KTM-Factory-Racing_Danilo-Petrucci-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/> <img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3981\" src=\"https:\/\/dirtsportsworld.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Red-Bull-KTM-Factory-Racing_Benavides-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/>\r\n\r\nBenavides has not competed in a Dakar Rally for Red Bull KTM. Benavides had four podium finishes in 2020 with a Stage 7 win. A stage 9 crash forced Toby Price out of competition this year. There will be 12 stages across 8,000 kilometers (4,970 miles). The race begins in Ha\u2019il Saudi Arabia and finishes in Jeddah.
