The new class comes after many of the top drivers in the sport switched to more expensive all-wheel drive Trophy Trucks, leaving those without the budget unable to be competitive in the class.\r\n\r\nRules for this class means the truck cannot have all-wheel drive. Numbers on the 2-wheel drive Trophy Truck will be identified with a \u201cT\u201d. \u00a0There are now three classes within the Trophy Truck division at SCORE. Legends which identifies drivers over 50-years of age, All-Wheel drive and the new 2-wheel drive.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, drivers can race at least three races this year to qualify for a championship in the event a team is not ready for the upcoming SCORE San Felipe 250. The events for the NORRA rally kicked off at the famous Horsepower Ranch just outside of Ensenada. Only participants of the rally were allowed on the property after passing strict COVID protocols.\r\n\r\n\"\" \"\"\r\n\r\nThe rally started in Santo Tomas and wound its way over the peninsula towards the fishing village of San Felipe. It was a mostly easy day for the participants. On the second day, the 243-mile course ended in Bahia De Los Angeles. The course will continue south near Guerrero Negro before heading back to Bahia De Los Angeles again. The course continues to north for another San Felipe finish. On the final day racers will end at Horsepower Ranch where an awards ceremony will be held.\r\n\r\n\"\" \"\"\r\n\r\nThere are a number of vintage vehicles entered in the NORRA rally that help celebrate Baja\u2019s rich racing history.
