Jett came away with another 1-1 victory claiming a sixth straight overall win at the legendary Wick 338 in Southwick, Massachusetts. Meantime in the 250 class, Tom Vialle came away with his first career 250 overall victory in the series.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn Moto 1 of the 450 class, Chase Sexton and Jett were out front. Sexton secured the holeshot, but his lead was very short lived as Jett made a pass for the lead. Jett continued to extend his lead riding to his 11th<\/sup> straight moto win. In the second moto, Dylan Ferrandis claimed the holeshot. Jett was there to overtake the lead in the first lap. At some point, Sexton had worked his way through field, knocking on Jett\u2019s back tire. Jett wouldn\u2019t budge, winning his 12th<\/sup> straight moto and going home with another overall win.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn the 250 class, Justin Cooper was out front with the holeshot. Tom Vialle was chasing Cooper down. In the final minutes of the moto, Cooper went down allowing Vialle to capitalize on the lead position. Vialle went on to grab his first career win. In the second 250 moto, Vialle was back out front with the holeshot. Jo Shimoda made a pass for the lead stick halfway into the moto. Justin Cooper appeared to challenge Shimoda late in the game but went down. Shimoda continued to maintain the lead and grab his first moto win of the season. The track known for its sandy conditions is unique and challenging for motocross riders.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn the first 450 moto, Ken Roczen snagged the holeshot. Christian Craig chipped away at Roczen\u2019s lead and finally made pass for the front. Dungey was next up on Roczen. Roczen went down losing valuable positions. Tomac was quietly picking off riders and was sitting fourth. He moved in on Sexton and continued working his way to the front. Soon Tomac was in second and had his sights set on Craig. With fourteen minutes to go, Tomac seized his opportunity, taking the lead. Tomac had nearly four seconds on the rest of the field. Behind him, Craig and Sexton were locked in a battle for second. Tomac won the moto, Sexton took third and Craig finished third. In the second 450 moto, Roczen was back out front with the holeshot. This time a battle unfolded between Craig and Aaron Plessinger. Tomac again, sat quietly picking off riders making passes until he got behind Roczen. With 12 minutes to go, Tomac made a pass and again put a gap on the field. Tomac won again for a weekend sweep, Sexton took second and Plessinger ended third.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn the 250 class, Jett Lawrence was out front with the holeshot. At some point Lawrence crashed and lost the lead. Justin Cooper moved in for the position. Lawrence remounted and defended second. He went on the attack, passing Cooper after a mistake to regain the lead. Lawrence opened up a nice gap on the field. Jo Shimoda had made it to second and Cooper regained third after an intense battle with RJ Hampshire. In the second moto, Jett Lawrence repeated the holeshot. Levi Kitchen was close behind. Lawrence went wire to wire with Kitchen finishing second and Shimoda third. Justin Barcia was the closest rider within striking distance of Ferrandis by four seconds but the laps and time on the clock dwindled down and it was too late. Ferrandis had secured the victory. In Moto two, Ferrandis and Eli Tomac were battling for the lead. Ferrandis began having bike issues and his team posted \u201cno clutch\u201d on their sign board. Ken Roczen was also in the mix, but Tomac quickly made a move for the lead and the win. Roczen finished second. Ferrandis managed a third-place finish giving him the overall and more points for the season lead.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn the first 250 moto, RJ Hampshire was in the lead, but a mistake allowed Michael Mosiman to get around Hampshire for the lead. Mosiman went down after battling with Jett Lawrence. A few laps later Jalek Swoll and Jett Lawrence both went down in crashes. In the end Hunter Lawrence took the victory. In the second moto, Hampshire was back out front, but another crash would end his lead. Justin Cooper moved to the lead, but Hunter Lawrence wasn\u2019t having any of it, sweeping both motos and grabbing the overall.
