As the laps ticked on, Sexton picked up the pace, battling for the lead with Hunter. A 500-foot hill allowed Sexton to make the pass and gain control of the lead. The second moto saw Justin Cooper out front. A battle for the lead ensued with Cooper, Hunter and Sexton. Deegan eventually hit a rut allowing Levi Kitchen and Tom Vialle to get past. Jo Shimoda was clearly the fastest rider on the track and went after the leaders. Kitchen maintained the lead capturing his first moto win of the season. After a weather delay, the second moto got underway. Deegan was once again out front but contact with Chance Hymas would collect several riders including Deegan. Casey Cochran enjoyed the lead for several laps. Soon Kitchen would come knocking on the door and take the lead away. \r\n\r\nIn the first 450 moto, Adam Cianciarulo had the holeshot. Before the opening lap was complete, Jett had overtaken Cianciarulo for the lead. Chase Sexton who went down early was back to apply pressure on Jett. At the checkered flag, Jett had won his 13th<\/sup> moto of the season. In the second moto, Sexton secured the holeshot running side-by-side with Jett. Sexton made a mistake in a corner allowing Jett to get by. Another error by Sexton dropped him to third as Cianciarulo made a pass for second. \r\n\r\nIn the opening 250 moto, Jo Shimoda had the holeshot. As the dust settled behind him, Hunter Lawrence was on the move battling to hold on to second place. Soon Hunter was pressuring Shimoda and rocketed past for the lead and the win. In the second moto, Hunter continued his momentum with the holeshot. On the final lap, Hunter crashed allowing Justin Cooper to take a surprise win. \r\n\r\nWhen the gate dropped in the first 450 moto, Ken Roczen went down in a crash. Roczen was karted off the track by the medical team. Justin Barcia had the lead with Adam Cianciarulo chasing him down. Cianciarulo\u2019s front tire washed out in a corner sending the rider down off the bike. Dylan Ferrandis moved into position to battle with Barcia. Barcia would take the victory. Eli Tomac managed a third-place finish. In the second 450 moto, Justin Barcia was back out front until Ken Roczen who had plenty of time to dust himself off from the first moto crash made a pass for the lead. Dylan Ferrandis and Cooper Webb tangled up in a crash on the track. \r\n\r\nIn the first 250 moto, Justin Cooper was out front with the holeshot. Jeremy Martin caught Cooper and made a pass for the lead and the win. Jeremy Martin had the lead in the second moto. Six riders went down in a pile-up shortly after. Up front Michael Mosiman made a pass on Justin Cooper for 2nd<\/sup> place.
