In the 450SMX Class, Jett Lawrence<\/span> delivered a flawless performance, leading every lap of both motos to secure a perfect 1-1 sweep and his second consecutive overall victory. Jett held off strong challenges from Lucas Coenen<\/span>, brother Hunter Lawrence<\/span>, and Haiden Deegan<\/span> throughout the afternoon. The win marked Jett\u2019s 26th career premier-class victory and moved him into the 450SMX points lead by eight points over his brother. Coenen impressed in his Pro Motocross debut with a runner-up finish after posting 2-2 moto scores, while Hunter Lawrence rounded out the overall podium despite crashes and a first-moto penalty.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n[caption id=\"attachment_15709\" align=\"alignnone\" width=\"640\"]\"\" Jo Shimoda put Honda on the overall pedestal at Thunder Valley. Cooper\u2019s lead continued until Jett began to work his way up the field picking off riders until he reached Cooper. Also, on the move was Hunter Lawrence. Hunter seized the lead with a few minutes to go with Jett finishing second. In the second moto, Justin Cooper was back out front. Halfway through the race, Hunter was back fighting for the lead. Jett was also there, and the battle continued until Jett was able to overtake Cooper for the lead. Hunter also made a pass for second. Roczen was out front early in first moto but it wasn\u2019t enough to hold off Eli Tomac. In the second moto, Cairoli scored another holeshot, but just like earlier in the day, it was short lived as Roczen immediately moved to the front. Chase Sexton was able to get past later in the moto. Sexton crashed on the final lap and Roczen regained the lead taking the moto win and as well as the overall for the weekend.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nThe 250 class saw Levi Kitchen out front winning wire to wire. In the second moto, it was all about the Lawrence brothers. Hunter grabbed the holeshot. Behind him, Justin Cooper and Jett Lawrence were battling. Jett finally made a pass for second. The top riders are proving they aren\u2019t going down without a fight this season.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn 450 Moto one, Adam Cianciarulo grabbed the holeshot. Ken Roczen wasted no time charging towards the front passing Dylan Ferrandis, then Cianciarulo. Cianciarulo kept the pressure on Roczen. He made the pass with just 10 minutes to go in the moto. Ferrandis also seized an opportunity to move into second past Roczen. Cianciarulo and Ferrandis battled for the lead. Ferrandis finally got what he wanted but soon Roczen moved back into second with a head to head battle. Two laps to go, Roczen forced Ferrandis into a mistake allowing him to capitalize on the lead and win the moto by just over three seconds.\r\n\r\n\"\" \"\"\r\n\r\nCooper Webb snagged the second moto holeshot, but Roczen again was on a mission battling his way to the lead. The win for Roczen put him in the points lead and secured the red plate for the next venue. Dylan Ferrandis and Justin Barcia were on the podium in second and third.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn the 250 class, moto one saw Jeremy Martin and Jett Lawrence battling for the lead. A red flag came out on the first lap and there was a complete restart. Justin Cooper snagged the holeshot with 39 riders behind him. Martin wasn\u2019t far off in second. He worked hard to finally make it to the front in the middle of the moto. Martin used the lap traffic to his advantage opening up a gap and securing his second win of the season.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nIn the second moto, Justin Cooper once again had the holeshot. Jett Lawrence applied pressure to Cooper for the lead. Jett Lawrence went to work and by the end of the moto had an impressive 15 seconds on Cooper.
