The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series is dropping the Pro-4 class from its national races. The series says dropping the class was an extremely difficult decision. Pro-4 dropped due to lower than expected entry numbers.
Pro-4 is the only the “4×4” class in the series. Kyle Leduc, who has won multiple championships in the class made a recent announcement via social media stating he would be running his 2020 season in the Midwest with Championship Off-Road. At the end of last year’s Lucas season, there were only 5 Pro-4’s registered to race at the Wild Horse Pass event.
