BRONCO MANIA: Bronco Projects Take Over at SEMA

The annual SEMA industry-only show is just days away in Las Vegas and it’s no surprise several after-market companies will be showcasing Ford Bronco builds. Here are six builds that will appear at the show.

Vaughn Gittin Jr created a Bronco RTR dealer package concept based on his popular Fun-Runner off-road vehicles. The Fun-Runner Bronco features an Ultimate Dana 44 FDU front axle and performance intake system. The Bronco was customized with Gittin’s custom long travel suspension, Fox Performance elite 2.5 coil overs, along with RTR Tech 6 forged bead-lock wheels and 37-inch off-road tires.

BDS Suspension also has a Bronco build. Their build is based on a 2021 two-door Black Diamond series Bronco. The theme of the Bronco resembles an off-road first responder vehicle. BDS added their 4-inch UCA system with FOX 2.5 PES coil overs, BDS rear adjustable control arms and track bar/sway bar disconnect. The Bronco also has CrawlTek Revolution bumpers with a recessed winch mount and recovery hooks. Finally, a modified half truck hardtop and CrawlTek slider steps complete the build.

Tucci Hot Rods built a quad-track snow adventure vehicle based on the 2021 four-door Badlands Bronco. The vehicle sits on 88-Series quad tracks perfect for sand and snow. The vehicle has a Ford accessories swing gate storage, flat snowboard rack and Yakima LockNLoad roof rack system. A Rigid light package WARN Zeon winch and retractable running boards were also added to the Bronco.

Southern California based LGE-CTS motorsports customized a four-door Outer Banks Bronco with their Baja Forged bumpers in the front and rear. They added an ICON Vehicle Dynamics 3.0 suspension lift.  Ford Performance parts off-road rock lights and a Ford Licensed Accessories tailgate folding table was added to the build. A JBL soundbar, premium interior organizer and under-floor safe was added to the interior.

LGE-CTS also customized a Bronco Sport Badlands. The vehicle has tons of upgrades from Ford Performance parts that include a 2-inch suspension lift, rock sliders, off-road rock lights and fender flares. LGE-CTS wanted this Bronco to be capable on any trail adventure. A BORLA cat-back performance exhaust system enhance the exhaust note of the vehicle. An ICON and Hellwig suspension products were added to the build. Finally, a WARN VR EVO winch with Factor 55 hook help complete the build.

CGS Products specializes in air intake and exhaust performance products. They updated a 2021 Bronco Sport Badlands with interior upgrades that include seat covers and a rear seat vault. On the outside an underbody light kit was added. The Bronco sits on Reserve Forged wheels and 17-inch Toyo Open Country all-terrain tires. The Bronco build also has Air Design fender flares and a rear spoiler along with Rigid A-pillar LED lights. The final design touch includes a custom red paint job.
