Jason Anderson Dominates Atlanta Supercross

Claiming his fourth win of the Supercross season, Jason Anderson conquered one of the most technical and challenging tracks of the circuit.

When the gate dropped in the main 450 event, Chase Sexton had an early lead after passing Justin Barcia who got the holeshot. A would knock Sexton down to third by the end of the race. Sexton’s misfortune gave Jason Anderson the lead and win. Eli Tomac continues to hold a commanding lead in the point standings with just a few races to go in the season.

Over in the 250 class, the Dave Coombs Senior East-West showdown was happening. Top riders from both regions battled it out on Atlanta’s technical track. Jo Shimoda grabbed an early lead. Hunter Lawrence was running second. Soon Lawrence was out front and unchallenged. Christian Craig settled for second and Hunter’s brother Jett rounded out the podium in third.
