The 2022 Honda Talon 100 sport side-by-side line-up is getting a number of upgrades. Those upgrades or improvements include a relocated meter with improved visibility on the dash. The paddle shifters have been extended, making it easier for manual gear changes. Mechanical changes were also made including revised ignition timing allowing for smoother deceleration and acceleration transitions. The pre-wired switch panel was also improved to easier facilitate the installation of electronic accessories.
“We’re pleased to bring important updates to the Talon 1000 family for 2022,” said Brandon Wilson, American Honda Manager of Sports & Experiential. “Produced in the USA, the Talon is the industry’s only sport side-by-side platform to offer technology like an automatic Dual Clutch Transmission and i-4WD, and it’s also proving itself in competition, with class wins in the most recent editions of the Baja 1000, King of the Hammers and Mint 400. With Honda’s renowned durability, quality and reliability, plus significant upgrades to improve the driving experience, the Talon is better than ever.”
New colors and styling have also been added. A Matte Abyss Black and Pearl Orange are now available. Some of the live-valve trim levels are also available in a Pearl Red or Blue Metallic.
The upgraded models will be available through dealers in June.
