Carson Mumford Leaves Suzuki and joins Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki

Carson Mumford announced over the weekend he was leaving the Bar X Suzuki race team. Just a couple days later Kawasaki made the announcement Mumford would be competing on the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team alongside Cameron McAdoo for the Western Regional Supercross Championship. That spot originally belonged to Austin Forkner, however Forkner is out for the rest of the season after a crash a couple weeks ago at the Anaheim Supercross season opener.

“I’m grateful to Mitch and the whole Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team for offering me this opportunity. It’s a huge privilege to line up on the gate with the support of the most proven team in the paddock and I’m more motivated than ever to show what I’m capable of on the racetrack,” said Mumford.

Mumford will take the next few weeks to work with the team before making his debut in Oakland on February 18th.
