American Outdoor Events has acquired the Great American Shortcourse (GAS) racing series. The acquisition expands AOE’s portfolio of events that already includes Ultra4 and American SXS Takeover.

Under the terms of the deal, Lee perfect will continue to lead and operate the series as race Directory. Perfect along with his wife Poppy and their team have lead GAS since it was founded in 2021. The GAS series also expects to retain its current schedule for 2023 which include events at Glen Helen, San Bernardino County Fairgrounds and Primm.
