Hunter claimed the 250 east title the wrapped up the 250 title in the Pro Motocross series.

Jo Shimoda returns to a Honda after several years away in the 250 class. Shimoda will compete alongside Chance Hymas on a CRF250R.

“We just finished our 2024 season introduction for Team Honda HRC and the support teams. We’ve had an incredibly rigorous off-season compared to normal, with a lot of different events and traveling. Now it feels like this was kind of the last thing on the agenda before Anaheim. I’m really proud of the whole team. Now it’s all about dialing in the bikes, getting trucks ready and preparing for the first race. I’m super-excited for the season coming and really stoked to have these guys on the team right now. Our team atmosphere last year was great, and it’s even better now. I feel like we’re going to have an incredible vibe all year,” said Team manager Lars Lindstrom.
