Jett Lawrence earned another Supercross victory this season, winning in Detroit, Michigan at Ford Field. Jett is the first repeat winner this season.
Jett grabbed an early lead to hold off Chase Sexton who finished second. Sexton, the defending champion actually leads the series over Jett by a single point. Sexton claims back the red plate for the next round.
The Detroit Supercross event was also the opening round for the 250 Eastern Regional lites class. Austin Forkner managed to get out front ahead of a first lap pile-up that took out half the field. Forkner continued his forward momentum winning the race.
