An informal memorial gathering was held Sunday afternoon to remember off-road icon Kyle Leduc. Kyle passed away from a heart attack after a battle with cancer. The gathering was held at the Peltzer Winery in Temecula.
In attendance at the event were many well-known off-road celebrities, drivers and business owners. Several had either raced against Leduc, sponsored his program or worked as a crew member. Kyle’s father, off-road legend Curt Leduc wanted to keep the event lighthearted and invited attendees to take the microphone and tell their favorite Kyle story. Most involved a laugh and a reminder about how many lives Kyle touched.
Kyle had over 100 career wins and six championships.
