In the 250 Eastern Regional class, Cole Davies stormed from deep in the pack to claim his third consecutive victory. The 15-minute plus one lap main event began with Nate Thrasher grabbing the holeshot for Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing, leading Seth Hammaker of Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki and Jo Shimoda from Honda HRC Progressive into the opening laps. Meanwhile, Davies found himself buried in 15th place off the start. Thrasher initially controlled the race, but disaster struck just a few laps in when he went down in the whoops section, handing the lead over to Hammaker. From there, Hammaker looked poised to take control, with Shimoda keeping him honest in second. Behind them, however, Davies began an astonishing charge. Davies erased a four-second gap and made the decisive pass in the same whoops section that had claimed Thrasher earlier in the race, taking over the lead with just under six minutes remaining.
