Toby Price is the top qualifier for the SCORE Baja 400 being held this weekend. Price, driving a Mason Motorsports Chevy was blazing fast on the 4.4-mile course just east of Ensenada. Coming in behind Price, was Christopher Polvoorde followed by Bryce Menzies. Menzies has four consecutive Baja 400 wins. Thirty-one Trophy Trucks are registered to race the Baja 400.
Trey Gibbs was the top qualifier in the Trophy Spec class. Gibbs is coming off a Pro-Lite championship in short course off-road racing. Gibbs will have to stay ahead of 24 other Spec trucks in the class on race day. The green flag flies Saturday morning.
