Hunter Lawrence is now leading the Supermotocross Playoffs with one final round left. Hunter, a SMX rookie in the 450 class, claimed the overall win at Texas Motorspeedway with a 1-3 score. Round 2 of the playoffs paid double points catapulting Hunter to the top of the standings. He is within striking distance of winning the $5.5 million prize payout at the final round.

While Hunter won the first moto, Chase Sexton won the second moto. Sexton 4-1 score gave him the runner-up position. The final round could see a fierce 3-way battle between the Lawrence brothers and Sexton. The final round of the playoffs will be held at Las Vegas Motorspeedway in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Meantime over in the 250 class, Haiden Deegan won overall again. He has two overall wins going into the final round. Deegan dominated Round 2 at Texas with a 1-1 score. Deegan sits 29 points ahead of Tom Vialle. Levi Kitchen sits third in the standings.
