Haiden Deegan was taken into custody Friday night in in Walton County, Florida. Deegan was booked on charges of street racing and stunt driving. County jail records show Deegan was booked at 11:26pm Friday night. The records also show Deegan was released at 1:24am after posting a $1,000 bond.
Deegan took to Instagram mocking the incident with his mugshot and booking info, posting “certified stunt driver” It is unknown what vehicle Deegan was driving at the time of the arrest. The Yamaha Star Racing team or Feld Entertainment who owns Supercross have yet comment on the situation. Deegan leads the points standings in the West 250 Supercross series.
