SCORE International has set August 4-9 as new dates for the Baja 500. The race has been rescheduled several times amid the changing COVID crisis in Mexico.
“SCORE International will continue to monitor the COVID-19 status and will apply an officially approved Health Protocol plan for race logistics,” stated Jose A. Grijalva, SCORE President/Race Director. ‘We are also working in coordination with official Health Protocol plans from Hotels, Restaurants and other services in Ensenada to implement all requirements.”
SCORE plans to hold qualifying for Trophy Trucks, Class 1 and Trophy Spec classes during the middle of race week. A full race schedule is expected to be released by SCORE soon.
