The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series held a triple header at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri. The series is on a mission to complete missed rounds during the March, April and May lockdowns that forced cancellations.
Elliot Watson swept the weekend in the Pro-Buggy class, winning all 3 rounds. The Pro-2 class saw a new winner each day. Friday, RJ Anderson was on the top spot. Ryan Beat also made it to the podium, looking as if he had worked out the bugs on his truck after a recent win at ERX. Saturday Jerett Brooks made it back to the top spot on the podium and Sunday Doug Mittag was the winner.
In Pro-Lite, Brock Heger took was Friday’s winner. Cole Mamer grabbed the win on Saturday. Heger was back in the top spot on Sunday.
The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series will hold another triple header in September at Wild Horse Pass Raceway in Chandler, Arizona.
