Nissan Unveils Hardbody racer-inspired Frontier for Rebelle Rally

Nissan is sending a 2022 Frontier to this year’s Rebelle Rally. The Frontier is painted in the classic red, white and blue off-road racing colors of the 1980’s. The retro livery is a throwback to the same colors iconic off-road champions ran on early Hardbody Nissan trucks.

Rebelle Rally veterans Sedona Blinson and Lyn Woodward will campaign the 2022 Nissan Pro-4x under the team name “Wild Grace.” In addition to the classic livery, the truck has been outfitted with NISMO 4-inch off-road lights, performance exhaust, a NISMO suspension kit and NISMO off-road AXIS wheels.

“Nissan has been a staple of off-road endurance racing since the 1960s, and the Hardbody racers of the ’80s remain some of the most successful and recognizable trucks ever,” said Michael Soutter, vice president, Nissan Aftersales, Americas. “We’ll be rooting for Team Wild Grace at the 2021 Rebelle Rally, proving what the all-new Frontier and new NISMO Off Road parts can do over some of America’s harshest landscapes. This truck has winning in its DNA.”

The all-women’s navigational rally starts October 7th near the Hoover Dam.
