Red Bull hosted the final event in their scramble series. The Red Bull Sand Scramble was held over the weekend in the sand dunes of Glamis. Glamis, located in Imperial County, California was the perfect venue to challenge the best side-by-side racers.
Red Bull created a 2.8-mile course carved out in the dunes with over 125 side-by-side racers. Glamis is known for its large dune bowls and fine sand.
Mitch Guthrie Jr took the victory at the Red Bull Sand Scramble. “What an absolute blast, awesome battles, what a way to cap off the year!” Guthrie posted to his Instagram account. Guthrie said he was looking in his mirror the whole time, trying to stay in front of the field.
