Additional Riders Sign on for FIM World Supercross Championship

More riders are signing on for the FIM World Supercross Championship. Among the riders are Colt Nichols, Justin Brayton, Vince Friese, Enzo Lopes, Justin Bogle, Chris Blose and Kyle Peters. The announcement comes on the heels of Ken Roczen’s multi-year commitment to the series. Roczen is the defending champion winning the title in the inaugural season last year.

“It’s fantastic to see so many of the top riders from 2022 returning and new faces joining WSX for our first official season. It’s been an enormous amount of work, but the increased depth of talent in 2023 proves we’re building a product that the world’s best athletes want to win, and I’m proud of that,” said SX Glob CEO Adam Bailey.

Nichols will join the Rick Ware racing team. Meantime, Friese is a returning rider to the series. He will continue under the MotoConcepts team banner. The Yarrive Konsky Fire Power Honda will bring Justin Brayton who will join teammates Max Anstie and Dean Wilson. The first race kicks off in July in Birmingham, England at Villa Park.
