Jorge Prado will remain with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing for the 2027 SuperMotocross season and beyond after signing a multi-year contract extension with the team. The 25-year-old Spaniard returned to KTM in 2026 and quickly established himself as a contender in the United States. Prado earned two 450SX podium finishes during Supercross and added two 450MX podiums through the first eight rounds of the Pro Motocross Championship. He currently sits third in the combined 450SMX standings.
“I’m really happy to have re-signed with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team,” Prado said. “I’m just happy to be working with this great group of people for the future, so I am super-excited and hopeful that we can achieve our goals.”
Under the new agreement, Prado will continue competing aboard the KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition in AMA Supercross, Pro Motocross and the SMX Playoffs. The team says the goal is to continue developing Prado into a championship contender across the SuperMotocross categories.
