Honda Off-Road Factory Racing is promoting Ethan Ebert. Ebert has been part of the Honda Talon driver development program since 2021. At just sixteen years old, Ebert will now take over as the driver of the Honda Ridgeline truck for Jeff Proctor. Proctor is stepping back from driving to focus on medical issues.
“I’m blown away to have this opportunity to move ahead in my career. It doesn’t always happen that way, so this means a lot. To carry-on Jeff’s legacy and be able to learn from him makes all the difference. In the Talon, I’ve been able to learn about set-up and my driving style and how I want the vehicle to drive for me. I have lots of hard work ahead of me to get dialed in on the Ridgeline and I’m ready for it,” said Ethan Ebert.
Honda will debut an all-new Ridgeline race truck in February at the King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley.
