Ken Roczen Commits to Racing World Supercross Championship in Long Term Deal

Ken Roczen has committed to racing the FIM World Supercross Championship for the next three years. Roczen will continue to ride a Suzuki in the 450 class for Dustin Pipes Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki team under the Pipes Motorsports banner.

The World Supercross Championship has six stops this year and Roczen is one of the many riders that have committed to racing the series. Roczen won the championship title last year after two inaugural races.

“I had a great time in Cardiff and Melbourne last year, which made it easy to commit to the World Supercross Championship,” said Roczen. “I’m hungrier than ever for race wins and will be giving it my all with my team to be standing on the top step when the season ends in Melbourne this November,” said Roczen.

The first race for the World Supercross Championship will be the British Grand Prix at Villa Park in Birmingham, England.
