Off-Road Community Mourns The Loss of Kyle Leduc

Pro4 off-road racing short-course champion Kyle Leduc passed away Saturday. Forty-one-year-old Kyle had been battling stage four head and neck cancer since last year. He sat out the 2023 racing season to focus on recovery.

A statement released by the Championship Off Road Racing series read: “Our hearts are heavy today. Kyle Leduc has lost his battle with cancer and passed away at age 41. A seven-time Pro 4 champion, with over 100 career short-course wins, Kyle earned his fan-favorite status with a blend of envelope-pushing driving ability, relentless competitive fire, and a flair for the dramatic. On the track, he regularly astonished, impressed, and inspired us with breathtaking battles and heartstopping moments.”

Kyle was signed to race in the Extreme E series with Chip Ganassi racing in 2021, in addition to competing full-time in the Championship Off Road racing series Pro-4 class.

Kyle is survived by his wife Amber and two children.
